About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our Haldwani center. The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies, with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire students to build successful careers in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive and practical training sessions on SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
- Design, update, and maintain course materials, training modules, and case studies.
- Provide hands-on training with real-time projects and campaign simulations.
- Track student progress and provide personalized mentoring, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure training content remains current.
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to improve learning outcomes and ensure student satisfaction.
- Prepare students for certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) where applicable.
- Conduct workshops, doubt-clearing sessions, and career guidance sessions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 24 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (agency, corporate, or freelance).
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, and Content Strategy.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, practical ways.
- Prior experience as a trainer or educator is a plus.
