We are looking for a *responsible and proactive professional* to join our team as an *Artist Tour & Sales Operations Manager*. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end artist tours, sales, and operational activities. This role requires someone who is highly organized, accountable, and comfortable working under pressure while ensuring smooth execution of artist events and corporate shows.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage artist tours, including travel, logistics, and scheduling.

Coordinate with clients, venues, and artists to ensure seamless event execution.

Handle sales for corporate and private events, including client acquisition and relationship management.

Manage day-to-day operations related to bookings, invoicing, and vendor coordination.

Ensure deadlines and commitments are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Take ownership of responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.

Requirements:

Graduate in Business, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.

14 years of experience in event management, sales, or operations (entertainment industry preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Flexible to travel as per artist tours and event schedules.
