Responsibilities - Provide first-level support to customers via phone, email, and chat. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users in a timely manner. - Document and track customer interactions and support requests in the ticketing system. - Assist in the installation and configuration of software applications and systems. - Collaborate with other support teams to escalate complex issues for resolution. - Maintain knowledge base articles to improve support processes and user experience. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting techniques. - Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and software applications. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. - Customer service orientation and a positive attitude. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
