Job Title: Solution architecture Location: PAN India Experience: 15 yrs About the Role Solution architecture with skillset React.js, Node.js, React Native, native iOS/Android. Backend proficiency in .netcore, Python, and microservices architecture. Experience in solution architectures for airline retail and commerce covering booking, merchandising, ancillaries, payments, and loyalty. Responsibilities - Create high-level and detailed architecture designs aligned with enterprise standards. - Ensure solutions support scalability, performance, and customer-centric requirements. - Experience with: - Microservices and Event-driven Architecture - Domain-driven Design (DDD) - Backend for Frontend (BFF) - Experience in API-first integration patterns for external marketplaces, partners, and payment providers. - Experience in implementing event-based integration models using platforms such as Kafka. - Experience in implementing event flows for dynamic offers, personalization, and customer notifications. - Have good experience in translating customer journey needs into technical solutions. - Enable capabilities such as personalized offers, consistent omnichannel journeys, and real-time engagement. - Design solutions that reduce friction across booking, payment, and other CX touchpoints. - Experience in managing strategic architecture goals. - Experience in Capabilities-Driven Portfolio Management. - Map business capabilities to platforms, applications, and projects. - Partner with portfolio management teams to prioritize investments based on capability gaps. - Provide architectural oversight for program and project delivery, ensuring value realization. - Work with business and IT leaders to connect functional with enterprise architecture objectives. - Translate business priorities into architecture requirements, ensuring cross-functional synergies. - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure business alignment and architecture outcomes. - Maintain a comprehensive inventory of technical debt across platforms and applications. - Define Tech debt remediation strategies and execution roadmaps in collaboration with delivery teams. - Contribute to enterprise-wide governance frameworks and compliance standards. - Champion architecture principles and best practices across IT and business teams. - Integrate loyalty programs with airline retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, and partner ecosystems. - Enable data-driven loyalty leveraging customer 360, AI/ML, and advanced analytics. - Recommendation engines for cross-sell, upsell, and next-best-action in loyalty journeys. - Architect seamless integrations between Loyalty Program, CDP (Customer Data Platform), CRM, eCommerce, and airline platforms. - Develop architecture patterns for personalized offers, rewards, and engagement journeys. - Drive innovation to increase customer engagement, retention, and monetization opportunities. - Support omnichannel loyalty experiences including mobile apps, web, airport services, and partner marketplaces. - Ensure loyalty program strategy directly supports customer experience, revenue optimization, and ecosystem growth. - Define KPIs for architecture success (e.g., loyalty adoption, partner growth, NPS impact).
