Job Title: Staff Software Engineer Test

Location: Tech Mahindra, Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-time

Work Mode: WFO

Experience required: 4-8 years

Role Summary

We are hiring a Staff Software Test Engineer for Tech Mahindra. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automated testing for embedded applications. Youll be responsible for creating and maintaining test scripts, managing CI/CD pipelines, running functional/performance/stress tests, and collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain automated test scripts and environments (Docker-based).
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
- Execute functional, performance, and stress tests; review and publish results.
- Develop test plans, manage test case systems, and automate test workflows.
- Collaborate with developers to debug and resolve issues.
- Integrate test pipelines into the development workflow.

Skills & Experience Required

- 510 years of experience in software testing & automation.
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems testing.
- Hands-on with automation frameworks, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
- Proficiency in scripting/programming for test automation.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
