Role: Business Analyst (Airline Domain)

Experience: - 5 to 10 Year

Location: - Gurgaon (Remote)

Key Skills: - Business Analyst, Airline domain, GDS, PSS, FRD, BRD, requirement gathering.

Core Responsibilities: -

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the airline industry or related domain. Experience with GDS and PSS system is highly desirable.
3. In-depth knowledge of airline industry business processes, regulations, and technology solutions.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and data analysis.
7. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
8. Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are a plus.
9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. Flexibility to travel occasionally as needed for project meetings, workshops, and user training sessions.
