Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ORM (Online Reputation Management) Executive based in Gurugram. The ORM Executive will be responsible for managing and improving the online presence of our clients. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring online reviews, responding to customer feedback, managing social media profiles, and implementing strategies to enhance online reputation. The ORM Executive will also work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive online presence.

Qualifications

- Experience in online reputation management and social media management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using ORM tools and software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and SEO
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
