Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Vellore. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, leading project management tasks, and ensuring integration of structures and systems. The role involves collaboration with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. The Architect will also oversee construction projects to ensure design and quality requirements are met. Qualifications - Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including a strong perspective on aesthetics and functionality - Experience in Project Management, ensuring timely delivery of quality results - Knowledge in Software Development and Integration for architecture-related technologies - Critical thinking and creativity with excellent problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field - Familiarity with construction materials and techniques, especially in waterproofing and gypsum plastering, is a plus - Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders - Licensure as an Architect or a strong intent to pursue licensure
