Estate Space Asset ManagementAccount Management Work Dynamics APC India TN Chennai What this job involves Space Management Coordinate with Business SPOCS and gathering information on Space Management activitiesMaintian Inventory in Space Management ToolStatistical and Analytical reportsEnsure regular updates are provided to Management with accurate information Schedule regular meetings with all Stake holdersPublish monthly reports and Dashboards as per clients requirementCoordination of Employee movements as per the Movement Process between locations with the help of internal team and External VendorAsset Management Maintain Inventory of all Non IT Assets for both Store and Installed AssetsPerform Biyearly Physical Asset verificationUpdate the Asset Management tool regularly by adding new purchases and remove in case of any disposalCoordinate with SEZ and Finance authoritiies for all Asset related documentation worksCoordination for movement of assets between locationsCoordination for Asset DisposalCoordinate with Security team and follow the process related to an asset from Purchase till DisposalReal Estate Issuance of Work Permits for VendorsOrganize regular meetings with LandlordsInvoice Processing for Rent and O M for all SG GSC LocationsReportings pertaining to Invlice processingDocumentation Maintain projects related documentationAll documents related to Assets purchased Disposed for SG GSCMust Have Skill s with minimum Yrs of ExperienceAnalytical SkillsMS OfficeCommunicationConflict ManagementDesired Skill s Excellent communication meet service level agreements In addition youll carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance Youll also oversee creating stock reports meeting minutes and
