Job Description Summary Position Summary Finance Transformation Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will partner with world-class professionals, leveraging leading insights to support delivery in complex environments shaped by market dynamics, technological advancements, and evolving regulatory landscapes. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable finance transformation. Position Summary Level: Consultant or equivalent As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you'll do: You will analyze data to uncover patterns and deliver meaningful insights using advanced technology tools. You'll identify gaps in existing processes, design improved future states, and lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories. Your responsibilities include developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing solutions. Additionally, you will build automated workflows to enhance finance processes using tools like Alteryx, lead design workshops with clients, manage project delivery from USI, and guide team members to ensure high-quality outcomes The team Controllership & Treasury Transformation (C&TT) is one of the offerings within the Finance Transformation portfolio of Deloitte US India Consulting. This Offering advises, implements, and delivers solution as-a-service relating to digital finance strategies, financial planning and analysis, enterprise performance strategies and technologies solutions. By taking a holistic view of these key business areas from strategy development through process design and technology enablement, we help our clients navigate their challenges while continuing to succeed in their business. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience - Demonstrated passion for innovation and use of analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SAS, SQL, VBA, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Dataiku, Savant, KNIME/Talend, dbt) to solve business issues - Project experience in areas such as root cause/gap analysis/best fit, requirements gathering / definition development, financial modeling, and value mapping - Understanding of agile methodology along with experience in sprints - Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strong communication, team building, teaming, and presentation experience - Prior experience working with and managing data sets, including extraction and merges from source systems, transformation, and providing preliminary descriptive analytics - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/assignments/responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Experience in ERP design phase (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) - Familiarity with large enterprise applications - Knowledge of cost modeling and allocation processes - Alteryx Core/Advanced certification - Working knowledge of SAP Crystal Reports - Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities - Independent, resourceful, and exercises mature judgment - Takes ownership and drives results - Sees big picture and identifies additional client solutions - Manages multiple tasks independently and within teams - Excellent oral, written, and facilitation communication - Maintains highest ethical standards in daily interactions Education: - Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology/ CAs / CPAs with mandatory technology (ERP, SQL, Visualization tools) knowledge and experience Location: - Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/ Kolkata Shift Timings: - 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements Our purpose Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
