🚀 We Are Hiring | Network Engineer Payroll: Quess | Mode: C2H 📍 Location: Pune – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) 🕒 Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST 📅 Contract Duration: 1 Year 👥 Notice Period:- Upto 15 days 🎓 Experience: 3–8 Years 📝 Interview Process: 2 Rounds ⭐ Must-Have Skills Network Routing, Switching, Security (3–8 years) Network Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, NetScout (3–8 years) Strong understanding of network protocols & architectures Hands-on with monitoring tool configuration & management Basic scripting (Python / Bash) Experience resolving complex network issues 🔧 Job Description – Network Monitoring & Observability Engineer Responsibilities: Implement & manage network monitoring systems (SolarWinds, NetScout, LiveNX, Prometheus, or equivalent). Perform in-depth network traffic analysis using packet capture tools & logs. Develop network observability strategies (telemetry, distributed tracing, log aggregation). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues. Work with protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF. Implement network security: firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs. Document network configurations, monitoring setups & incident resolutions. BAU Support, Topology Changes, Reporting, Lifecycle & Compliance.
