The Senior Resident will be responsible for patient care, conducting clinical assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, prescribing treatment, and providing follow-up care. This role will involve working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care. The Senior Resident will also participate in clinical rounds, address emergencies, and support teaching and training activities as needed. The position is based in Noida and may involve rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications - Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, including patient evaluation and treatment planning - Proficiency in managing acute and chronic medical conditions and performing necessary medical procedures - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and interact with patients and families - Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate leadership, and manage time efficiently - Hold a valid medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent), and current registration with the appropriate medical council - Previous experience in a hospital setting and specialization in a relevant field is preferred - Commitment to continuous learning and participating in professional development programs
