Job Summary The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, 2D and 3D designs, and detailed plans for architectural, interior, and engineering projects. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and V-Ray software, along with a strong understanding of design concepts, construction details, and visualization techniques. Candidates residing in nearby areas will be preferred. Both male and female candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Drafting & Technical Drawings Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and design layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and V-Ray. Develop accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings as per project requirements. Ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and architectural guidelines. Update and modify existing drawings based on client or architect feedback. B. 3D Visualization & Rendering Create realistic 3D visualizations and walkthroughs using SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray. Apply proper lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques to produce high-quality outputs. Assist architects and designers in presenting concepts to clients effectively. C. Coordination & Project Support Collaborate with architects, engineers, and interior designers for project development. Interpret sketches, rough designs, and conceptual layouts into detailed technical drawings. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Maintain proper documentation of project drawings and revisions. D. Quality Control & Compliance Ensure drawings meet technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. Verify dimensions, materials, and structural details for accuracy. Maintain version control of all project files and ensure smooth workflow management.Required Skills & Competencies A. Technical Skills Proficiency in: AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting) SketchUp (3D modeling) 3ds Max (3D visualization) Revit (BIM modeling) V-Ray (realistic rendering) Knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction documentation. Familiarity with building codes, material specifications, and design standards. B. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Good visualization and creative thinking skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Problem-solving and time management skills. Educational Qualification Required: Diploma / ITI in Civil, Architecture, or Draftsmanship. Preferred: B.Arch / B.Tech (Civil) or relevant certification in CAD & 3D software. Experience Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Draftsman in architecture, interior design, or construction.
