Job Description Position Overview Job Title: Senior Engineer - AVP GCP Control Automation Corporate Title: AVP Location: Bangalore, India Role Description - The TDI Engineering Platforms and Practice group own the governance standards for SDLC across the entire firm. Be prepared to take your turn on call providing 3rd line support when it's needed. - You actively participate and contribute into the sprint activities and ceremonies e.g. daily stand-up, Sprint planning, retrospectives, refinements etc. - You collaborate with other team members to achieve the sprint objectives. Your Skills And Experience - Several years of professional experience and expert knowledge in TypeScript, Angular. - Advanced knowledge and practical experience of NodeJS - Several years of professional experience and expert knowledge with regards to GitHub Actions, GitHub Actions Workflow - Experience of working on public cloud GCP preferred. - Practical experience of test-driven development and constant refactoring in continuous integration environment. - Experience on modern software product delivery practices, processes and tooling and skills such as CI/CD pipelines using Git Actions etc. - Define and evolve the architecture of the components you are working on and contribute to architectural decisions at a department and bank-wide level. - Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong independence and initiative, ability to work in agile delivery teams. - A passion for constantly learning and applying new technologies and programming languages in a constantly evolving environment.
