Job Description We are hiring a senior leadership professional for the role ofAssociate Director Delivery (Medical Coding & Clinical Documentation Improvement CDI)to manage large-scaleUS Healthcare RCM delivery operations. The role requires deep expertise inIPDRG coding, CDI operations, end-to-end delivery management, SLA governance, client handling, and large team leadership. The incumbent will driveoperational excellence, productivity, quality compliance, and client satisfactionacross multiple healthcare accounts. Key Responsibilities - Leadend-to-end delivery managementforMedical Coding, IPDRG, and CDI operations. - Define and executedelivery strategy, operating models, and transformation initiatives. - ManageRCM operations, coding quality, productivity, accuracy, and audit compliance. - Ownresource planning, capacity management, utilization, and workforce forecasting. - DriveSLA, TAT, AR metrics, coding accuracy, and compliance reporting. - Handleclient escalation management, stakeholder communication, and business reviews. - Lead and mentorSenior Managers, Managers, Team Leads, QAs, and Coders(large FTE strength). - Driveprocess excellence, automation, Six Sigma, Lean, and performance improvement initiatives. - Partner withTransitions, Training, Quality, HR, IT, Compliance, and Analytics teams. - Ensure adherence toHIPAA, AHA coding guidelines, CMS regulations, and payer policies. - Leadtransition management, ramp-ups, new client onboarding, and program expansions. - PresentMIS dashboards, productivity reports, SLA scorecards, and executive governance reviews. Mandatory Skills & Expertise: - Medical Coding Delivery Management - Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) - IPDRG / Inpatient Coding / DRG Validation - US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) - Large Team Handling (200+ / 300+ FTEs) - Client Relationship Management & Escalation Handling - SLA, TAT, Productivity, Accuracy & Quality Governance - Audit, Compliance, HIPAA, CMS, AHA Guidelines - Lean, Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Automation - Transition Management & New Program Launch Eligibility Criteria - Total Experience:1720 years in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Coding / CDI - Experience in Managerial Roles:10+ years - Leadership Experience:3+ years as AGM / DGM / GM / Associate Director - Must have handledmulti-client enterprise delivery portfolios Education & Certifications - Bachelor's / Master's Degree Any discipline Regards, Rumal - 7397647886 [Confidential Information]
