Counselor - Factory Plant Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to support the well-being motivation and performance of factory employees The role involves providing guidance addressing grievances reducing workplace stress and ensuring a positive and healthy work environment in alignment with company policies Key Responsibilities Provide counseling to workers on personal professional and behavioral issues impacting performance Help employees manage stress anxiety and workplace challenges Guide workers on maintaining discipline attendance and productivity Mediate in case of conflicts or grievances to maintain a harmonious workplace Conduct awareness sessions on mental health stress management and positive work culture Maintain confidentiality of employee issues and handle them with empathy Coordinate with HR Management for welfare activities and employee engagement Support in reducing absenteeism attrition and workplace indiscipline Required Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy patience and active listening ability Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of employee welfare practices and labor-related concerns Ability to build trust with workers at all levels Qualification Experience Master s Bachelor s degree in Psychology Social Work HR or related field 2-5 years of counseling experience preferably in industrial factory setup Experience in employee engagement and welfare activities is an advantage Work Location Daman Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
