We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fluent English Trainer to join our team The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken and written English skills along with a passion for teaching and helping school students improve their communication abilities As a Fluent English Trainer you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions that focus on improving fluency pronunciation grammar vocabulary and confidence in spoken English You will work with learners of various backgrounds helping them achieve their language goals for academic professional or personal development Key Responsibilities Conduct interactive English language training sessions off line classes Customize lesson plans based on learners needs and skill levels Help learners improve their spoken fluency pronunciation grammar and vocabulary Facilitate group discussions role plays and real-life speaking scenarios Provide regular feedback and progress assessments Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment Stay updated with modern teaching methods and tools Requirements Master s degree in English Education Communication or a related field Excellent fluency in spoken and written English Previous experience as an English Trainer Language Coach or similar role preferred Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Familiarity with online teaching tools Zoom Google Meet etc TEFL TESOL or CELTA certification is a plus Preferred Skills Creative and engaging teaching style Patience and adaptability to different learning speeds Ability to inspire and motivate learners Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Language English Preferred Location Salem Tamil Nadu Preferred Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
