We operate like a fast, creative D2C brandrapid experiments, fast iteration, and constant storytelling across Meta ads and organic channels. Role Description Creative Director / Writer for Kenzai Puzzles You'll lead P1 (Meta ads scripts) and P2 (organic content). You'll write high-retention scripts, plan shoots, brief talent, coordinate with the in-house team, collect footage, and work closely with the editor. You'll work directly with the founder to analyse ad performance, spot winning patterns, and create new angles from them. Not mandatory, but a plus if you can edit or assist with editing. Ownership of the full creative pipelineideation to final delivery. Qualifications 24 years in content writing, advertising, or creative direction Strong scriptwriting instincts for short-form video Comfort directing shoots and working with small production teams Ability to identify winning hooks, patterns, and structures in ads Organised with file/asset management Familiar with Meta ad best practices (preferred) Bonus: basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
