The Opportunity

Were looking for a skilled software engineer with front-end expertise and a product-oriented mindset to take us to the next level. This role involves working on scalable front-end architectures, building integrated products and constantly raising the bar for the team. If you have a bias for action, love solving complex problems and creating delightful user experiences, this role is for you.

What Youll Do

- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high performance systems.
- Participate in, or lead code and design reviews and contribute to architecture-level reviews on our front-end code base.
- Develop and implement coding and design review guidelines to improve code quality and consistency across the team.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering leaders across multiple organizations to drive impactful engineering outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers, share best practices, and elevate collective expertise. Set and maintain a high standard for operational excellence.
- Take ownership of improving our front-end architecture across different pillars like performance, bundle size, lazy loading etc.

About You

- Have 3+ years of experience working on front-end technologies React, Typescript, NodeJs & MobX
- Have a customer-centric mindset and willingness take on challenges of varying complexity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action and execution.
- Ability to make informed decisions to ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the team&aposs deliverables.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices, high-quality code, and constructive feedback through code reviews.
- Have strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment.

Nice To Have

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities
