Job Summary We are looking for a competent Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. The Civil Engineer will coordinate with contractors, architects, suppliers, and clients, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and supervise construction projects including buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure. Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications. Estimate quantities and costs of materials, equipment, and labor. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site inspections and quality checks regularly. Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to engineering challenges. Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, schedules, and budgets. Ensure that all work adheres to environmental regulations and company policies. Support project audits and prepare reports for senior management. Required Skills Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods. Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, or other engineering software. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of safety standards and quality control processes.
