About Company Enerparc Power Trading Pvt Ltd is the trading arm of Enerparc Energy Pvt Ltd Enerparc India one of the country s leading Independent Power Producers IPP and EPC companies with a proven track record in solar and hybrid renewable energy projects As part of the global Enerparc Group headquartered in Germany we draw on the expertise of Sunnic Lighthouse GmbH Enerparc s dedicated trading company in Europe Sunnic is among the continent s leading renewable energy traders managing more than 6 GW of solar and wind assets across exchanges OTC markets and bilateral contracts Building on this strong global foundation Enerparc Power Trading has been established to capture opportunities in India s evolving power markets driven by renewable growth open access reforms and the increasing demand from commercial and industrial consumers Our vision is to replicate Sunnic s success in India while creating innovative trading solutions anchored in Enerparc India s growing renewable portfolio Website Headquarters Hamburg Germany India Office Bangalore Job Title Executive Senior Executive - Operations Job Location Bangalore Reports to Deputy Manager - Operations Type Permanent - On-role Job Summary The Operations Executive will support Enerparc Power Trading s day-to-day trading activities across power exchanges and bilateral OTC markets including scheduling settlements and compliance The role will also provide cross-functional support to Finance Risk and Legal teams while assisting the Sales Business Development team in deal execution and client servicing Roles Responsibilities Execute and support trading operations across power exchanges and bilateral markets Coordinate with Power Exchanges SLDCs RLDCs and counterparties for scheduling and nominations Manage trade confirmations settlements invoicing and documentation Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for RECs I-RECs and carbon credits Monitor trades positions and exposures generate daily MIS and operational reports Provide shift-based operational coverage to ensure 24x7 market readiness Collaborate with Technology Finance Risk and Legal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency Support Sales Business Development teams by preparing operational inputs validating feasibility and ensuring smooth deal execution Assist in preparing client-facing operational reports and contribute to proposals requiring trading data insights Skills and Qualifications Graduate in Engineering Finance or Energy-related field 2-5 years of experience in trading operations preferably OTC Bilateral Working knowledge of I-RECs RECs and carbon markets Familiarity with scheduling settlement and exchange operations Analytical and detail-oriented strong Excel data management skills Flexibility to work in rotational shifts What to expect Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to expand and this role will help achieve that goal You will be reporting to Bangalore Head office Travel shall form a part of the role and company will provide travel and accommodation for such business trips Excellent professional and personal growth Mentorship Work in a team environment Interact with other disciplinaries including cross country
