Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kerala, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, making sales presentations, and handling customer inquiries. The role also involves training new team members and managing sales strategies. Qualifications - hiring car washing applicants through leads and converting them into employees, while also offering a starter kit for 15,000 to 25,000 - Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience - Proven Sales skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Experience in Sales Management and Training team members - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
