Job Description We're Hiring: AR Caller / Denial Management US Healthcare Work Hours: Night Shift Only Note: No transportation provided; candidates must manage their own commute. Join our team as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller, where you will be responsible for handling claim follow-ups, resolving denials, and interacting with insurance payers. If you have experience in US healthcare A/R and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you Key Responsibilities - Perform pre-call analysis and check claim status via payer calls, IVR, or web portals - Document actions accurately in client software and maintain a clear audit trail - Record after-call details and analyze claim status for follow-up actions - Handle enquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring first-call resolution - Provide accurate information by reviewing available documentation (authorizations, nursing notes, dental records, EOBs, etc.) - Analyze A/R data to understand underpayments, top denial reasons, days in A/R, and document findings using appropriate codes Job Requirements To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: - 14 years of experience in A/R follow-up or denial management for US healthcare - Strong verbal communication skills and call center experience - Knowledge of denial management and A/R fundamentals (preferred) - Willingness to work night shifts continuously - Basic computer skills - Experience in medical billing companies or with billing software (added advantage; training will be provided) - Knowledge of healthcare terminology & ICD/CPT codes (a plus)
