Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong background in MEP design and site coordination This role demands technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to manage complex infrastructure projects from concept to execution Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end MEP Infrastructure design and execution ensuring quality and timely delivery Coordinate effectively with clients vendors consultants and internal stakeholders Conduct and manage client and vendor meetings ensuring alignment across all parties Ensure compliance with EC norms MOEF guidelines local CFO requirements NBC 2016 IS codes and relevant international standards Drive sustainable MEP solutions and contribute to cost estimation and budgeting Review and vet contractor shop drawings and as-built documentation Oversee site inspections material submittal approvals and system commissioning processes Perform technical due diligence for large land parcels and prepare detailed reports Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering 10-12 years of proven experience in MEP Infrastructure design and site coordination Minimum 6-8 years of experience with design consultants and 4-5 years in project execution Strong knowledge of water distribution networks WTP STPs SWD RWH systems etc from concept to GFC stages Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential familiarity with BIM 360 WaterGEM and similar tools is a plus Sound understanding of MEP design standards and installation practices Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams architecture structural civil landscape and external stakeholders A proactive team player with leadership capabilities and a solution-oriented mindset Walter P Moore is an equal employment opportunity employer and provides equal employment opportunities including offering competitive compensation and benefit packages to all employees and applicants for employment We prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to any characteristic protected by federal state or local laws and encourage all to apply including veterans and individuals with disabilities Overview Walter P Moore is an international company of engineers architects innovators and creative people who solve some of the world s most complex structural and infrastructure challenges Providing structural diagnostics civil traffic parking transportation enclosure WPM technology and construction engineering services we design solutions that are cost- and resource-efficient forward-thinking and help support and shape communities worldwide Founded in 1931 and headquartered in Houston Texas our 1000 professionals work across 26 U S offices and 8 international locations
