Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Vice President, based in Bengaluru. The role involves driving business growth in HNI, UHNI and Family Office segment.Responsibilities include establishing client relationships, overseeing compliance standards, and implementing strategic plans for growth align with organisational objectives. Collaboration, leadership, and strategic planning are central to the day-to-day tasks of this role. Qualifications - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Prior experience of minimum 8 years in the financial services, investment management industry or private banking group - Should own and investment book of minimum INR 40 Crore across MF, PMS, AIF and Direct Stocks - Expertise in Business Development, Account Management, Portfolio Management and Indian Stock Market - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Comprehensive understanding of Portfolio Management Services and financial planning - Deep knowledge of compliance standards and regulations within the financial services industry - A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
