This role is for one of Weekday s clients Min Experience 3 years Location Pune JobType full-time Requirements About the role Responsible for setting up new operational units across various locations in India Tie up with different sources for recruitment Recruitment of students 10th 12th ITI Diploma Graduates Ready to conduct Campaign Seminars in rural and semi-rural area Should be single point of contact for Company Associates Workers Should handle operations of Apprentice program NAPS NATS Contract labour Monitor the Administrative work done by co-ordinators Manpower supervisor s eg- Attendance Absenteeism Attrition facility provided by company Administration of contract Supervisors - Attendance Absenteeism Resolve grievance related IR issues Should have Basic knowledge of statutory compliance related to contract labour Apprentice Work report and MIS Good team player Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge - MS office Key Skills Required Proven experience in staffing recruitment and field-level operations Strong leadership and grievance handling capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office tools Excel Word PowerPoint Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across India
