Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team in the foundry industry The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing and procuring raw materials consumables spare parts and other supplies needed for production This role involves vendor coordination purchase order processing and maintaining purchase records Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials like pig iron scrap sand chemicals and other consumables Identify potential vendors obtain quotations and negotiate prices delivery schedules and terms Create and process Purchase Orders POs as per requisitions Coordinate with the stores and production departments to understand material requirements Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials Maintain and update records of purchases pricing and vendor details Support in vendor evaluation based on price quality delivery and service Handle documentation related to material inward quality inspection and invoice processing Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree B Com BBA B Sc BA 0-2 years of relevant experience in the purchase procurement department preferably in a foundry or manufacturing setup Basic knowledge of procurement practices and supply chain processes Familiarity with raw materials and consumables used in foundry operations is a plus Proficiency in MS Excel ERP systems like SAP Tally or similar Good communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
