This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 650000 (ie INR 5-6.5 LPA) As an AI-driven Video Editor, you will play a key role in producing high-impact digital video content by combining traditional editing techniques with next-generation Generative AI workflows. This role requires strong creative instincts, advanced post-production skills, and the ability to work seamlessly with AI tools to turn concepts into polished visual stories. You will be responsible for shaping video narratives, refining AI-generated outputs, and delivering visually compelling content that aligns with the brand’s voice and creative direction. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Use AI-based tools such as Veo3, Eleven Labs, Higgsfield and similar platforms to generate video, voice, and visual elements. • Edit raw and AI-generated footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to produce professional, platform-ready content. • Apply motion graphics, transitions, and VFX techniques to enhance storytelling and elevate visual quality. • Build and optimize editing workflows that integrate traditional post-production with generative AI pipelines. • Ensure all video assets adhere to brand guidelines, visual standards, and quality benchmarks. • Collaborate closely with design, creative, and marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful video outputs. • Maintain awareness of emerging AI video trends and incorporate new tools or techniques when relevant. What Makes You a Great Fit • You have at least one year of professional experience in video editing or motion design and possess a portfolio demonstrating polished work. • You’re highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with the ability to edit efficiently and creatively. • You have hands-on experience using modern AI tools for video, voice, and image generation, and are eager to push boundaries with new AI technologies. • You bring a strong sense of visual aesthetics, pacing, color, and composition to every project. • You can blend creativity with technical precision, ensuring final outputs are both imaginative and high-quality. • You work well in collaborative environments and can translate ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives. • You thrive in fast-moving, innovation-driven environments and enjoy experimenting with advanced AI-based video creation methods.
