Overview We are seeking dynamic Sales Executives with expertise in the US mortgage industry particularly in property research services The ideal candidate will excel at building client relationships driving sales and promoting research and analytical services related to property assessments valuations and market trends This role involves engaging with potential clients identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US mortgage and property research sectors Generate leads through networking cold calling and utilizing existing connections in the real estate and mortgage industry Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing consultative solutions and addressing inquiries related to property research services Market Intelligence Stay updated on trends in the US mortgage and real estate markets Understand key client requirements for property research including valuations tax assessments and market analysis Solution Selling Present and promote property research solutions tailored to client needs including property profiles market trend reports and valuation insights Conduct client presentations prepare proposals and negotiate contracts effectively Collaboration Reporting Work closely with internal research teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services Maintain accurate sales records forecasts and reports using CRM tools Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field Experience 5 years of sales experience with a focus on the US mortgage real estate or property research industries Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a KPO BPO or similar environment Skills Strong understanding of property research valuations and US real estate market trends Proficiency in CRM software e g Salesforce Zoho CRM and sales reporting tools Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to analyze client requirements and align services accordingly Preferred Skills Experience working with real estate research databases e g CoStar Zillow Redfin Familiarity with GIS tools e g ArcGIS and real estate analytics platforms Knowledge of US real estate laws zoning regulations and property tax systems Why Join Us Opportunity to work with a globally recognized organization in the US mortgage research space Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation If you re passionate about sales and have a solid understanding of the US mortgage and real estate landscape we d love to hear from you Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 087 39 - 29 608 46 per month Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Experience Cold calling 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Sales 1 year Preferred sales representative 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
