Roles and Responsibilities:

- Overall 4-15 years of IT experience
- At least 4 yrs. of multi country implementations exposure with hands on experience in Absence Module implementation & Configuration
- At least 1-2 yrs. implementations exposure in modules like Core HR, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Leaning & Succession ,NA payroll / NA payroll interfaces
- Should have conducted client workshops/configuration on the above mentioned modules
- Experience in creating workflow and security for the module
- Experience in Global template design of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Must have HCM Cloud localization experience of multiple countries related to APAC, NA, EMEA & LATAM.
- Exposure to personalization
- Experience in Technical part of Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS HDL, Fast Formula , HCM extract and BI extract.
