Entity - CA FirmAbout CA Firm It is a firm of experienced chartered accountants providing specialized services in the area of audit assurance direct and indirect tax business advisory accounting and regulatory compliances With two locations in Mumbai and Ahmedabad and a vibrant team of 80 plus team members led by 5 Partners and Senior Consultants having rich experience in their area of domain Our focus is on providing specialized quality services based on clients need Assistant Manager for internal audit verticalCTC 10-12 lakhs AnnumWork Experience 5 yearsQualification CA CMA Other professionalsDesignation Asst ManagerLocation Tardeo Road MumbaiWorking Days - 6 Days 2nd 4th Sat off -Conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures -Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks -Review the accuracy timeliness and relevance of financial information and other disclosures provided to management -Discuss audit findings and recommendations with line managers and report significant issues to senior management -Monitor the timely implementation of the management actions recommended in the audit reports -Responsible for execution of Internal Audit assignments -Prepare write audit reports in line with the approved audit plan Experience Candidates must be CA with 0-4 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit or internal control function Experience of internal audit Internal Financial Controls Due-diligence audits forensic audits SOP documentation Experience of internal audit of listed entities Should be able to independently handle Internal Audit Assignments Should be able to draft an Internal Audit Report Sound Knowledge of IND AS and regulatory laws like Companies Act Income Tax GST etc Skills required Process orientation and strong analytical skills Proficiency in tools i e MS Excel MS word Power point etc and audit techniques Excellent communication and report writing skills Manage complex situations and multitask Team leading skills Good problem solving skills Should be able to effectively communicate with audit committee and senior management Good English speaking and writing skills Ananta Resource Management
