Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. - 3-8 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production environments. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software. - Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control practices.
