Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Specialist with proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment mandates across levels. The role requires strong proficiency in headhunting, networking, and social media recruitment, along with the ability to leverage AI tools for enhanced hiring efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Drive the end-to-end recruitment process across mid to senior-level positions. - Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and professional networks. - Screen and evaluate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements. - Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools to improve sourcing, shortlisting, and candidate engagement. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future mandates. - Partner with account managers and clients to understand position requirements and deliver high-quality profiles within defined timelines. - Ensure effective candidate communication and a positive candidate experience. - Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards for performance monitoring. Required Skills & Competencies - Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and headhunting. - Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media recruitment platforms. - Hands-on experience in leveraging AI tools for recruitment (sourcing, screening, workflow automation). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills. - Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with strong attention to detail. - High levels of integrity, professionalism, and client-centric approach. Qualifications & Experience - Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. - 3-6 years of recruitment experience with exposure to leadership and niche hiring. - Prior experience in recruitment consulting or executive search firms will be preferred.
