Position Overview We are seeking an E-commerce Executive (Shopify) to manage and grow Jaur's online store. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a premium digital shopping experience. This role will oversee day-to-day Shopify operations, ensure smooth customer journeys, and drive sales growth across Indian and international markets. Key Responsibilities - Manage and update the Shopify store, including product uploads, descriptions, imagery, pricing, and inventory. - Oversee the customer journey from browsing to checkout, ensuring a seamless and luxury-aligned experience. - Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain visually compelling product listings. - Monitor orders, returns, and exchanges, coordinating with logistics for timely fulfillment. - Enhance website usability, navigation, and overall user experience (UX). - Track daily/weekly sales, traffic, and conversion metrics; prepare reports for leadership. - Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion to improve performance. - Implement discount codes, promotions, and seasonal collections. - Partner with customer support to resolve queries and gather feedback for improvements. - Stay updated on Shopify apps, plugins, and e-commerce best practices to recommend enhancements. Qualifications - 12 years of experience in e-commerce operations (fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle preferred). - Hands-on expertise with Shopify themes, apps, and product management tools. - Familiarity with payment gateways, shipping integrations, and third-party plugins. - Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and e-commerce KPIs. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. - Ability to uphold luxury brand standards across all digital touchpoints. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Seamless management of Shopify operations with zero errors in listings, pricing, or inventory. - Increased conversion rates and sales growth through optimized product pages. - Consistent delivery of a luxury online experience that strengthens Jaur's global brand presence.
