Key Responsibilities Maintain and document system architecture and schema. Conduct QA audits for automation and data accuracy. Oversee system integrations and uptime performance. Lead conversion rate optimization testing and reporting. Manage automation reliability and implement fail-safe alerts. Lead cross-functional sprint reviews for performance initiatives. Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards. Provide executive summaries on technical performance and businessimpact KPIs System Uptime: 99.5% Automation Success: 95% Conversion Rate Lift: +2540% Data Error Rate: Issue Resolution: On-Time Delivery: 90% Compliance Pass Rate: 100% Ideal Candidate 58 years in operations, systems management, or data architecture.
