Description

We are seeking an experienced BPO Operations Manager to lead our operations team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing BPO operations, driving performance improvements, and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the BPO team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

- 8-13 years of experience in BPO operations or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
