CA is known for its client-first approach, personalized wealth solutions, and long-term wealth stewardship across investments, real estate, lending, and estate planning. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Private Banker to manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients. The role requires strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of wealth products, and the ability to deliver holistic advisory solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of advisory expertise, client acquisition capabilities, and a long-term relationship orientation. Key Responsibilities - Manage and deepen relationships with HNI and UHNI clients through regular engagement. - Understand client goals and risk appetite to curate suitable wealth solutions across asset classes. - Drive client acquisition through referrals, networks, and market outreach. - Prepare and deliver portfolio reviews, investment strategies, and product recommendations. - Coordinate with internal advisory teams across investments, real estate, lending, and estate planning. - Track client portfolios, monitor performance, and ensure timely communication. - Lead onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes for new clients. - Maintain high service standards to support client retention and wallet share growth. Desired Candidate Profile - 5-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory. - Strong product knowledge across equity, debt, PMS, AIFs, structured products, insurance, and real estate investment options. - Proven ability to manage HNI/UHNI clients and deliver tailored wealth solutions. - Demonstrated track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth. - Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. - Graduate degree required; MBA, CFP, CWM or similar certifications preferred.
