Job Description:

We are seeking a highly dynamic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function of a rapidly growing listed manufacturing company based in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with listed, promoter-driven manufacturing companies and will be adept at managing large-scale turnover (more than 3000 Cr). This role demands a forward-thinking leader who is not only proficient in managing finance but also understands operations, investor relations, and has a vision to eventually grow into the role of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial activities including accounting, reporting, compliance, and auditing to ensure robust financial management and sustainable growth of the organization.
- Strategic Vision: Partner with the leadership team to define and implement strategic goals, ensuring the organization is positioned for long-term success.
- Operational Oversight: Lead the financial aspects of operations, focusing on process optimization, cost controls, and driving financial discipline across all business units.
- Investor Relations: Manage relations with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders, preparing detailed financial reports, presentations, and handling earnings calls.
- International Exposure: Leverage knowledge of international finance and operations, including an understanding of export setups and global market dynamics.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team of 20 professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Factory Expansion & Setup: Experience in setting up and scaling operations, particularly in the context of opening new factories and expanding the companys manufacturing footprint.
- EBITDA Demonstration: Be able to manage, forecast, and report on EBITDA and other critical performance indicators, driving profitability and operational excellence.
- Systems & Tools: Ensure seamless integration and efficient usage of SAP and MIS for financial reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure the company adheres to all financial regulations, corporate governance standards, and statutory requirements, both domestic and international.
- Growth & Development: Demonstrate a growth mindset, contributing to the broader corporate strategy, with the ability to grow into a CEO role.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in financial management and reporting.
- Experience in a listed manufacturing company, particularly a promoter-driven setup.
- Proven Track Record of handling turnovers exceeding 3000 Crores.
- International Exposure with a strong understanding of global trade and export operations.
- Experience in Investor Relations, including handling quarterly and annual reporting to stakeholders.
- Hands-on Experience in both finance and operations, including team management, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated Expertise in EBITDA, with a focus on enhancing profitability and operational efficiency.
- Experience with SAP, MIS, and other enterprise-level financial management systems.
- Experience in Setting Up New Factories: Should have a strong track record of being involved in factory openings and large-scale operational setups.
- Should have a visionary mindset with the ability to think strategically and eventually transition to a CEO role.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership, drive key business decisions, and create a high-performance culture.
