Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (U.S Shift) Mon - Fri 100% Onsite Role Experience Required: 0.5 – 4 years Job Summary: - Source and recruit healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses (RNs), Physicians, Allied Health Professionals, Medical Technicians, CNA, LPN, Therapists and Support Staff. - Conduct detailed screening of candidates’ credentials, licenses, certifications, and experience to ensure regulatory eligibility. - Coordinate and manage the credentialing process including verification of: - Nursing and medical licenses (state, national, and specialty) - Certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, CNA, RRT, etc.) - Maintain knowledge of credentialing and compliance standards; stay updated on: - State medical and nursing board regulations - Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → coordinating interviews → offer negotiation → onboarding. - Maintain candidate profiles and documentation in the ATS and credentialing databases. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles. - Audit and track expiring licenses and certifications to ensure compliance.
