Inviting applications for the role of Asst Manager - Senior Analyst
In this role, you will work as a Finance and Accounting Subject Matter Expert with rich experience in the accounts payable process.

Responsibilities
1.Work with business users to define requirements for Tableau reports and support the implementation and customization of Tableau reports

2.Responsible for the full life cycle of Tableau reporting solutions (BAU), including research, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, training & support for report development projects

3.Develop interactive Tableau dashboards by utilizing Tableau features such as parameters, sets, calculated fields and table calculations, user filters, action filters and applying advanced technical charts

4.Define, retrieve, and analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and Excel to drive and define operational solutions and approaches

5.Understand and able to gather data requirements
.Good understanding of databases and data structures
.Able to handle large volume of data, perform various Data Profiling tasks - Discovery and analysis, Create and analyze Data Dictionaries, Attribute Mapping, interpret DQ Lifecycles, Lineage etc.
.Knowledge of DQ standards, guidelines, and best practices
6.Work with various stakeholders to identify and converge multiple disparate data stores into a single cohesive store

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

.3+ Years of Tableau development/visualization experience including designing and developing reports and dashboards with large data volumes.
.Must be proficient in the use and maintenance of Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop
.Good understanding of Tableau user and group security configuration.
.Good understanding of data preparation/data modeling necessary for the visualization purpose
.Good experience in Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning, and optimization of dashboards

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.6+ Years of experience in the Banking domain with exposure in Retail or Wealth Management areas and projects. Knowledge and understanding of Consumer Banking policies, regulations, regulatory bodies and banking products and processes including Cards, Branded Cards, Mortgage, Loans etc.
.Applied project experience in projects such as Data Visualization (Using Tableau), Digital Transformation, Developing BI solutions, Report Automation and Data Quality Assurance etc.
.Have worked with ETL tools such as (Datameer/Infomatica/SSIS)
.Proficiency in Python, Structured Query Language (SQL) for reading and writing scripts for Data extraction, cleaning, discovery and analysis
.Well versed with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
.Well-versed in JIRA usage.
