- Treasury Project Delivery 50%
- Deliver Treasury project implementation, rollouts, enhancements, and support, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Cross-Functional & External Integration (WRICEF) 20%
- Work on WRICEF objects, ensuring effective cross-functional integration and seamless external systems integration.
- Testing, Optimization & Compliance 20%
- Ensure Testing, Quality Assurance, Process Optimization, Reporting, Analytics, and Compliance.
- Team Performance & Development 10%
- Ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals. Foster growth, skill development, and seamless team integration.

Organizational Relationships

This role involves collaboration and communication with the following internal and external stakeholders:

- Interacting with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Participating in project planning activities, risk assessment, and SAP project scheduling.
- Interacting with external vendors or partners providing software or services that need integration with SAP systems.
- Collaborating with implementation partners responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within the Zoetis IT landscape.
- Coordinating with developers and other members of the development team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge, and resolve technical challenges.

Education and Experience

Education (Required):

- Master's or bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or a professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant.

Experience (Required):

- 8+ years of overall SAP experience with 4+ years in Treasury-Risk and Cash Management modules.
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA Treasury implementation.
- Expertise in configuring Money Market, Forex, Securities, Derivatives, Trade Finance, Exposure and Hedge Management, with end-to-end process knowledge.
- Experience in Implementation, Enhancements, and Production Support projects.
- Experience integrating external applications such as FXALL, Finastra, and DTCC.
- Knowledge of FSCM, Cash & Liquidity Management, and other Finance modules.
- Experience leading Business Process Workshops and conducting Fit/GAP analysis.
- Familiarity with Bank Communication Management (BCM), Bank Account Management (BAM), and Advanced Payment Management including In-House Bank (IHB) and Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC).
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, incident/change management tools, and project documentation tools.

Technical Skills Requirements

The technical expertise required for this position includes:

- Solution design and configuration expertise in Treasury Transaction Manager and processes:
- Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives
- 3PTY Debt Management, Securities
- Trade Finance and Commodities
- Knowledge in:
- Hedging Management, Exposure Management, and Hedge Accounting
- In-House Banking, Intercompany Netting, Intercompany FX Back-to-Back & Mirroring
- FSCM and Financial Accounting
- Experience integrating with other SAP modules and external systems:
- FXALL, Finastra, DTCC, Bloomberg, and market data platforms
- Hands-on experience with FICO User Exits, BAPIs, Function Modules, and directing ABAP developers.
- Clear understanding of the Treasury life cycle management.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance including IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX.

Physical Position Requirements

- Regular working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).
- Additional overlap with the EST time zone may be required during production go-live or critical milestones.
