Job Description

Workday HCM Core Consultant | 6-9 Years | Hyderabad (WFO 5 Days) | Madhapur |

This is a WFO role (5 days) at Hyderabad (Hitech City) office, prefer locals and strictly Immediate Joiners.

Domain: US Payroll

As a Workday HCM Core resource, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our Workday HCM Core module. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, validate software functionality, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications provided by product managers and developers, focusing on the Workday HCM Core module.

Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of the Workday HCM Core module.

Conduct functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure software stability.

Report and track defects found during testing using defect tracking systems and work closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Workday testing tools (e.g., Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder) to streamline the testing process and increase test coverage.

Document test plans, test cases, test results, and other relevant artifacts to maintain thorough documentation and ensure traceability throughout the testing process.

Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.

Stay updated on Workday HCM platform updates, new features, and best practices in Workday testing to incorporate relevant advancements into the testing approach.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionalities and configuration.

Experience with Workday testing tools (e.g., Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder) is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Workday reporting and data validation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
