Jaglax Homes is looking for a Maintenance Associate for their Holiday Homestay property in Siolim -Goa Role and responsibilities Repair guest rooms and public spaces as necessary - including but not limited to kitchen electrical and plumbing repairs Have some knowledge of Electrical Plumbing Heating ventilation and air conditioning HVAC Perform maintenance and repairs for assigned areas of expertise such as the interior and exterior of the property laundry and kitchen refrigeration equipment lighting heating air conditioning HVAC ventilation and water treatment systems and swimming pool-if applicable To undertake minor MEP work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems within the hotel Operate and understand basic television system plumbing systems and electrical systems through the property Performing routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and fixtures and any other maintenance needs at the building as needed Qualification Diploma 1-3 year s experience in maintenance department Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Weekend availability Work Location In person
