Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive with a deep understanding of off-page SEO strategies and advanced link-building techniques. This role will focus on developing, executing, and optimizing outreach and link-building strategies to improve our search engine rankings, domain authority, and organic traffic.

As a SEO Executive, you will work closely with the SEO and content teams to develop comprehensive SEO strategies and execute effective link building campaigns. You should be an expert in managing link-building campaigns and have a proven track record of successfully securing high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, focusing on link-building, outreach, and content promotion.

Research and identify high-authority websites and industry influencers for link-building opportunities.

Execute and manage outreach campaigns to build relationships with key websites, bloggers, and influencers in our industry.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify backlink opportunities and strategies.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of link-building campaigns, ensuring that they comply with Google's guidelines.

Perform link audits and analyze backlink profiles using tools like Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.

Work closely with the content team to ensure that link-building efforts are aligned with content strategies and can drive organic traffic.

Keep up with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to off-page SEO and link-building.

Provide regular performance reports on link-building progress, domain authority, and SEO performance metrics.

Manage and train junior SEO team members in outreach and link-building tactics.

Qualification & Skills

Must have good practical knowledge of On page/Off page SEO.

Proven experience (0 to 2 years) in SEO, with a strong emphasis on off-page SEO and link-building strategies.

Good written English to communication for outreach.

In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Majestic, Google Search Console, etc.) for backlink analysis and reporting.

Strong outreach skills, with experience in building relationships with bloggers, journalists, and industry influencers.

Solid understanding of SEO metrics, including domain authority, page authority, link equity, and more.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively pitch link-building opportunities

Knowledge of white-hat link-building strategies and awareness of SEO guidelines and penalties.
