Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive Procurement Associate to support our growing projects. This role is perfect for someone with 1+ year experience in procurement or purchasing who wants to contribute to Goa's clean energy revolution. Responsibilities: - Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for solar and electrical materials. - Compare quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage purchase orders. - Track deliveries and coordinate with technical and warehouse teams. - Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor inventory levels. - Ensure quality compliance and timely availability of materials. - Assist senior team members and support warehouse activities when needed. Requirements - 1+ year experience in procurement/purchasing (solar, electrical, or construction sectors preferred). - B.Com, BCA, or Diploma/Degree in Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. - Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills. - Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems (Tally preferred). - Good communication in English, Hindi, and Konkani (preferred). - Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally.
