Mechanical Helper

Job Description

As a Mechanical Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, repair, and setup of machinery and equipment. Your tasks will include cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as conducting safety tests to ensure optimal machine performance. You will work closely with senior technicians and support routine maintenance activities, while also reading and interpreting electrical drawings and assisting with control panels and automation systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery, ensuring optimal functioning
- Clean and lubricate assembled machinery to maintain peak performance
- Manufacture, repair, and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Erect machinery and equipment at on-site locations, ensuring proper setup
- Inspect machinery to identify any wear and tear or damaged parts, replacing them as needed
- Conduct functional and safety tests to ensure machine reliability
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as part of regular machinery upkeep
- Adapt to new processes and assist senior technicians with daily activities
- Read and interpret electrical drawings for troubleshooting and repairs
