Job Title Android Developer No of Positions to Fill 1 Job starts date At earliest Length of the Assignment in Months 8 to 12 months Employment Type Contractor C2C Location City State Hyderabad Only Work Mode - Client office Shift timing if any General Shift Experience Level Required Industry Experience 5-12 years Minimum Relevant Experience 5 years Relevant Experience required Education Required Bachelor s Masters PhD B E Computers MCA is preferrable Responsibilities Should design develop and maintain Android mobile application s individually as well as work in a group Must adhere to agile methodologies and the project management followed in the project Should maintain quality and security of the assigned development tasks applying the best design and development guidelines as defined in the project Should work as per the defined project priorities and project schedules and ensure to complete the assigned projects within allotted timelines Interact with team for the day to day development tasks and hurdles Attend all the project Meetings discussion other sprint meetings etc Qualifications Android SDK Kotlin and Java programming Advanced Apps Development on Android phones tablets Android GUI and SQLite database Desired Competencies Extensive experience with the Android SDK and java programming language Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform and having hands-on mobile application development experience for Android phones tablets Knowledge of Android GUI Camera GPS API Maps API Services and SQLite database Good knowledge on Design patterns and SOLID principles Experience with third-party libraries and APIs Knowledge in Jetpack Compose Knowledge in writing unit test cases Knowledge in publishing app to Google Play Store Experience in working in projects run as per Agile Methodology Experience in interacting with people with different nationalities Experience on web services integration SOAP REST JSON XML Experience in Kotlin programming Should have good communication Skills Good debugging skills Good coding standards and documentation skills Good to have Knowledge in Bluetooth BLE programming Good to have knowledge in Audio domain and related frameworks Knowledge in HTML5 JavaScript CSS Jquery mobile Experience in C C and Android NDK is a plus Knowledge in Proguard Gradle tools Knowledge in Software Design using UML Diagrams Flow Diagrams Sequence Diagrams Desired Tools Experiences Android IDE Experience in using client apps for version controlling system like SVN Git etc Experience in code review tools applications like Bitbucket Gerrit Code Collaborator JIRA Technical Skills required Must have Skills Skills Beginner Intermediate Expert Kotlin Java YES MVVM architecture and bindings YES Android Jetpack components YES RESTful APIs JSON XML parsing SOAP REST JSON XML YES Android UI frameworks including ConstraintLayout Custom Views and RecyclerView Google Maps SDK Firebase FCM Analytics Crashlytics YES MVVM architecture and bindings YES Android GUI Camera GPS API Maps API Services and SQLite YES Knowledge in Bluetooth BLE programming YES Audio domain and related frameworks YES Proguard Gradle YES Good to have skills Skills Beginner Intermediate Expert in C C and Android NDK is a plus YES HTML5 JavaScript CSS Jquery mobile YES Git Bitbucket YES code review tools applications YES JIRA YES Any special or skills related notes
