Job Description About the role: - Delivers end-to-end technical solutions for multiple products or complex projects - Leads routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirements - May manage budgets for small projects or programs - Solves complex problems with minimal guidance - Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and manage expectations effectively. - Perform thorough requirements gathering to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives. - Leverage technical expertise to architect, design, and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform. - Translate complex technical details into clear, non-technical language to ensure solutions align with organizational goals. - Designs, develops and tests software systems and/or applications for enhancements and new products - Writes code according to coding specifications established for software solutions. - Delivers software features with exceptional quality, meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments. - Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle. - Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. - Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. - Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. - Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. - Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, and by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. - Protects operations by keeping information confidential. - Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. - Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed. - Collaborates with other designers and engineers - Breaks down customer requirements/problems into for the team. - Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders. About you: - 5-7 Years of experience - Good understanding of Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs. - Product Catalog and Charge Models - Expert in Zuora Invoice template creation and updating. - Payments, Bill runs, billing document posting, Invoice, CM HTML templates - Worked on Zuora Order line-item feature - Create Order line-item, create Invoice order line item. - Subscription lifecycle management - Create, update, renew, cancel etc. - Reconciliations and troubleshooting for month end processes - Mass create/update/delete at/for multiple objects - Experience in developer tools, postman tools - Experience integrating to ecommerce, payment gateways, Data analytics platforms and tax system - Must have worked on integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Zuora APIs,Payment Gateways. - Zuora Workflow experience is required to automate new workflows and enhance the existing ones. - In-depth knowledge of Admin features and setups like setting up Roles, Permissions, Billing templates - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zuora configurations, integrations, and data flows. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. - Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders on Zuora functionalities and best practices. - Stay up-to-date with Zuora product updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and utilization. - Automation of Zuora deployment - Ability to write ZOQL - 3- 5 years of experience in Zuora development. - Strong knowledge of Zuora functionalities, including billing, payments, and subscription management. - Agile/scrum environment - Automation Technology - Education - Master s/Bachelors Degree - Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/Information Technology.
