Job Title Civil and Interior Engineer Location Hotel Hotel Name Rishikesh Uttarakhand Experience Minimum 3 years About Us Raga on the Ganges is a luxurious hotel located in the serene and spiritual city of Rishikesh We are committed to providing our guests with an exceptional experience and our infrastructure plays a vital role in achieving this We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil and Interior Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all civil and interior works within the hotel premises ensuring the highest standards of quality safety and aesthetics Responsibilities Supervise and manage all civil construction and renovation projects Oversee interior design and fit-out projects ensuring adherence to design specifications and brand standards Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure structural integrity Prepare and review technical drawings specifications and BOQs Liaise with architects contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes safety regulations and environmental standards Manage project documentation including progress reports budgets and schedules Troubleshoot and resolve any civil or interior-related issues Contribute to the continuous improvement of the hotel s infrastructure and aesthetic appeal Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in civil and interior engineering preferably within the hospitality sector Strong knowledge of building codes construction techniques and interior design principles Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software Excellent project management organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Location Rishikesh Uttarakhand Required Willingness to travel 50 Required Work Location In person
