Job Description Location: Noida Sector-136 Experience: 13 Years Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to improve our search visibility, increase organic traffic, and optimize website performance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on SEO expertise, and the ability to implement both on-page and off-page strategies. Key responsibility Keyword research & SEO Strategy - Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SERP analysis. - Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with business goals. On page and technical SEO - Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for target keywords. - Conduct regular technical SEO audits (site speed, crawl issues, indexing, XML sitemaps, schema markup). - Improve site architecture, internal linking, and overall search engine friendliness. Off Page and Backlinking - Execute link building strategies including outreach, guest posting, and digital PR. - Manage backlink quality, toxicity checks, and domain authority improvements. Analytics and Performance Monetoring - Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.). - Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and competitor performance. - Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights. Content Optimisation - Work with the content team to optimize articles, blogs, and website content for SEO. - Ensure high-quality, keyword-rich, and search-friendly content. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field. - 13 years of proven experience in SEO and website optimization. - Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.). - Understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and ranking algorithms. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
